Moss Toll Cottage is a new build luxury residence delivered for a private client, designed and constructed entirely around their personal brief and the way they wanted to live in the home.

The architecture sits quietly within its rural setting, taking cues from the simple long forms of the surrounding landscape while opening generously towards the views with full height glazing and carefully placed openings. Every plan move was made with how the home would be used day to day firmly in mind.

Sustainability and long term performance were embedded in the build from the start. Air source heat pumps, a high performance building envelope and considered detailing were combined to deliver high thermal comfort and strong energy efficiency, all wrapped in finishes selected to reward close inspection over time.
